What is the therapeutic support forum about? How is it different from the surivor support section? Who is the therapist moderating that forum? Why is a paid therapeutic membership is required to participate in that forum?

Has anyone ever heard of this?
A place to ask if any other survivors have ever experienced the same things that you are struggling with. Has your therapist ever done this? Have you ever heard of such a thing as "this"? Is this ok, normal, typical, or am I just freakishly weird?

Losing Time, Confusing Time
Most DID folks lose time one way or another - either in sudden lost blocks, or via the inability to have clear recall. Time distortion with various layers of "time zones" happening at once is confusing yet common. What can be done to help?

Busting the Programming
Most RA survivors have had specific rules governing and controlling their lives. These programming rules CAN be busted, broken, changed, updated, edited, etc. Learning new things is always possible.... freedom and safety are possible.

Questions about Current Contact
All too many DID survivors struggle upon realizing they are abused in adulthood. This is particularly frightening, humiliating, and complex. Current day safety is essential to healing and involves tremendous courage and honesty to look at these issues.

Spirituality Questions
